Recently, Forbes recognized Andersen® Corporation, the leading window and door manufacturer in the country, as one of America’s Best Employers in 2019. Forbes teamed up with market research company Statista to find out which companies were liked best by employees across the country. In its annual ranking of America’s best employers, they surveyed 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Done anonymously, it gave respondents to express their opinion without concern of supervision or reprisal from their company.

This survey consisted of questions that asked them to rate their employer and recommend them to others, on a scale of 1 to 10. Included in the questions are salary package, working environment and culture, progress, and company image. Participants were also asked to evaluate competitors in the industry, such as in the windows and French doors field.

The results of the survey divided the results to large companies and mid-size, the former with at least 5,000 employees and the latter with 2,000 to 5,000. It showed that Andersen, with about 8,000 employees, is among the top ranked for the large company category.
